The Friday Photo Project | Manhattan Skyline, New York, New York

Manhattan Skyline

Even though I love the wilderness, I am a city boy at heart. I love the variety that only a city can offer. From all the entertainment options to the rich mix of people you find in any world city. I believe there are only 2 true world cities. London where I live and New York. Yes, there are a mix of people in lots of other cities around the world but not on the scale of London and New York.

The photo above is taken of the famous Manhattan Skyline. We were on the Staten Island Ferry which gives you great views of New York and is totally FREE! It felt great to be in New York. I had wanted to go there for such a long time. It felt a lot more European than the West Coast cities I had visited.

I never came across the infamous New York rudeness either. On the contrary, the New Yorker’s were all very helpful and fun to be around. This photo was taken a while ago so I must head back and take another bite of the big apple.
